ALINSON WANG

Alinson Wang has more than 20 years of experience in public services for the government and financial industry.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in public services for the government where he engaged in international and public affairs ranging from diplomatic, military to academic fields in the United States and other countries. He received professional training in strategic communications with the Office of the Spokesperson, U.S. Department of Defense. In business, he has been a brand consultant for Hong Kong’s Swire Pacific Ltd., and an independent director, chief financial officer and consultant for listed companies in the United States. Mr. Wang has assisted many corporations in biomedical, financial and consumer products industries with IPO issuance, roadshows, mergers and acquisitions in the U.S., along with providing international economic and financial analysis. His expertise includes public relations and crisis management, U.S. stock listing planning and operation, and regulatory compliance.

Alinson has earned a master’s degree from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University in the City of New York, and has passed a series of exams such as SIE from the U.S. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

CHUEN-HUEI LEE

Mr. Chuen-Huei Lee has more than 25 years of profound experience in management, finance and accounting, strategy, corporate governance, and ESG investing.

He focuses on investment and general management in electronics, biotechnology, green, smart manufacturing, leisure, and tourism industries, and has more than 25 years of profound experience in management, finance and accounting, strategy, corporate governance, and ESG investing. He served as chief financial officer of Bio-Bridge Science in Chicago, and a board advisor to SES, headquartered in Houston, and a NASDAQ company. He also was a managing director of Tianrun International Holding Group and was responsible for the investment and post-investment management. Mr. Lee also participated in several equity investment funds in Asia and helped investment portfolio companies grow and achieve company goals. Before his investment career, he held senior positions at several securities firms and banks

Mr. Lee holds an MBA from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a BBA from National Taiwan University. He is also CFA and FRM charter holder.

THALIA LIN

Thalia possesses more than 20 years of extensive experience in international communication, media relations, diplomacy and marketing.

She leads a professional team to provide customized media outreach plans and state-of-the-art services such as branding, marketing orchestration and publicity campaigns based on customer requirements and market objectives. Her specialties include media communication, corporate image promotion, brand positioning, PR strategy consulting and investor relations management, etc. Thalia has worked as a diplomat in the U.S. for years on establishing relationship with the media, U.S. government and foreign embassies. Her expertise involved policy analysis on international politics, economy, finance, science, education, sports, culture, and entertaining industry. The analytic skills enabled her to optimize publicity campaigns, facilitate media coverage, develop social media platforms marketing, implement PR activities and outline crisis management plans. Her campaigns have successfully led to countless news coverage from more than 100 top media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, BusinessWeek, Forbes Magazine, AP, Reuters, AFP and many more online media and the Chinese media. Before her diplomatic job, Thalia served as a consultant in a global financial consulting firm, working with a group of economists to provide professional advice such as financial market analyses, business strategies, market entry recommendations, marketing plans and public relations management.

Thalia holds a MIA in finance and business from SIPA of the Columbia University in New York, and a MA in journalism and mass communication from National Taiwan University.

EDWARD RHODES

CEO of MCP Corporate Advisors, LLC, has over 30 years of investment banking, corporate banking and management consulting experience.

Prior to founding MCP Corporate Advisors in 2000, Edward was an Investment Banker in New York City with JP Morgan Chase and BMO Capital Markets (Bank of Montreal). During his tenure on Wall Street, Edward completed dozens of complex financing transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts, Debt, Equity and Bank Loans with an aggregate value in excess of $400 billion.

Edward holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University in New York City and a BA degree in History from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Edward's professional and community affiliations include the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP), Urban Bankers Coalition, Ridley Scholarship Fund (University of Virginia), Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, numerous chambers of commerce and the Washington Animal Rescue League.
